1. Return Eligibility

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The item is unused and in original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Products

• Activated or registered DJI drones.
• Products damaged due to misuse or accidents.
• Products with missing accessories or packaging.
• Special order or customized products.
• Software licenses and digital products.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless caused by our error.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect product delivery.

Replacement is subject to stock availability.
